Patrick Miller is the name on everyone’s lips right now. The hottest vocal artist to land on the R&B scene in recent times has just signed to Earthbeat Records and is about to step up his game. Having come to prominence as a candidate on the hit German TV show ‘Popstar: The Duel’ back in 2003, Patrick made it in to the final 10 contestants and travelled to Orlando, Florida to compete live on both US and German national TV. A support slot for Chaka Demus & Pliers in London soon followed as Patrick quickly became an artist to watch.
Major league Swiss DJ Sir Colin was amongst those to sit up and take notice of Patrick’s emerging talent, enlisting him to feature on the track ‘Have Mercy’ which appeared on Sir Colin’s 10,000 units selling ‘The Album’. Patrick has also recently spent time working with DJ Tommekk and his ‘Boogie Down Berlin’ label. Tommekk is undoubtedly one of Germany’s biggest producers having hit Number 1 in the US charts alongside Lil’ Kim, with ‘Kimnotyze’, and produced tracks for Ice T, KRS One and Fatman Scoop amongst others.
Patrick’s current projects include his latest single with Dusted Digga: ‘Caiprinha’ which has been receiving heavy rotation airplay across Germany. He has also been touring all over Switzerland alongside House DJ Pat Farrell and they are soon to release their ‘There’s No Soul’ single. This amazing talent can turn his hand to any genre, his vocals complementing tunes across the board. With the new partnership with Earthbeat Records now in full swing, expect big things from Patrick Miller in the very near future.
